About the Stay and Reservation

Q.What time is the check-in and the check-out?
A.The check-in time is at 2:00 p.m. or later. If you are arriving later than 6:00 p.m., please let us know. The check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. The check-out time can be extended up to 12:00 p.m. (The charge is ¥1,500/h for each room (tax no included))
Q.Do you have a shuttle bus service?
A.We provide a shuttle bus service to JR Ito Station from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. This service operates on request, so please call us upon your arrival. The nearest station is Minami Ito Station of Izu Express line, just a 10-minute walk away.
Q.Are there any parking lots?
A.We offer free parking lots, but they can become very busy during the high season. In such cases, we may request you to leave your car key at the front desk to assist with parking. If you have large vehicles or microbuses, please contact us in advance to address any potential difficulties in parking multiple units.
Q.Can I send my luggage in advance to the hotel or send it from the hotel?
A.Yes, you can. We offer a luggage service. To send luggage in advance, please address it to the front desk with the booking person's name and your check-in date. To send luggage from the hotel, you can use the delivery service available at the hotel's shop.
Q.Do you accept credit cards and gift cards?
A.Yes. We accept the credit cards such as Visa, Master, Diners, Amex, JCB, China UnionPay, etc. The gift cards we accept are VISA Gift Card, VJA Gift Card, JTB Nice Gift, and Fujita Kanko Hotel Restaurant Vouchers. You can also use WAON card and PayPay for your payments.
Q.We’ll be staying with our little child. How will be the charge?
A.An elementally school student will be charged 70% of the adult rate. A child from 3 years old to the age of kindergarten will be charged 50 % of the adult rate. Specific details are determined in each plan's policy. For children aged 0 to 2, sharing the bed is free, but meals and blankets will incur separate charges. Please inform us at the time of booking if you will be accompanied by a small child (children) of these ages.
Q.How is the cancellation policy?
A.The cancellation fees are as follows:
No show: 100% of the accommodation fees
Notice on your check-in day: 100% of the accommodation fees
One day notice prior to your check-in day: 50% of the accommodation fees
Notice from 7 to 2 days prior to your check-in day: 30% of the accommodation fees
However, in case of natural disasters or unexpected accidents, we may waive the cancellation fees.

Q.Can I stay with my pet?
A.Yes. If you have a small dog, you can stay with our pet-friendly plan. Please refer to the plan information for regulations and more details.

Questions about Guest Rooms

Q.Can I choose the room type?
A.We offer three types of guest rooms: Japanese-style, Japanese-Western, and Japanese-modern-style rooms, each with distinct bedding styles. Please choose a guest room that suits your preferences.
Q.Can I choose a no-smoking room or smoking room?
A.Our hotel is entirely smoke-free. Please use the designated smoking shelter when needed.
Q.Can I request an ocean-view room?
A.Our hotel is located at a distance from the sea, so we cannot view the sea from the hotel. We don’t offer you a choice of either an ocean-side room or a mountain-side room.
Q.What amenities do you have?
A. Japanese style room: Bath towel, face towel, dryer, tooth brush set, hand soap, body soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Japanese-Western room: Bath towel, face towel, dryer, tooth brush set, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, toner, lotion, shaver.

Japanese-modern room: Bath towel, face towel, dryer, tooth brush set, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, shaver, Samue, Pola skin care products. You can choose a Yukata of your size and your taste at the front desk.
Q.Is the water of the guest room bath hot spring?
A.Yes, it is. We have our own hot spring fountain and are supplying to the hotel. All the hot water from the faucets is all hot spring.
Q.Is there a refrigerator?
A.Yes, there is, but an empty one. You can buy beverages in vending machines in the hotel and keep them cold.

Questions about the Meals

Q.Can you give me information about the dinner and the breakfast?
A.Dinner’s detail: Japanese Kaiseki Course at the restaurant Please choose a dinner course from the accommodation plans.

Q.I have food allergies.
A.Please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate you, but trace contamination cannot be avoided. Please consult us in advance if you have a severe case.
If you have a problem with an ingredient, please share it with your companion.
Q.What time are the meals?
A.Dinner: We offer two starting times, 5:45 p.m. or 7:30 p.m., with dinner service concluding by 9:00 p.m.
If you plan to arrive after 7:30 p.m., please inform us in advance, as we may not be able to serve you dinner.
Breakfast: It is served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Please note that serving times may be adjusted based on conditions.)
Q.Do you have a private party room?
A.Yes, we do have party rooms available with an additional charge. However, the number of party rooms is limited, so please contact us by phone for its availability and more details.
